I have a real bad bias against stealerships. I have not found one with an honest service department. They tell lies about what is wrong with your bike or don't fix the problem. They also balk at warranty work. But yet still charge you big bucks even if they don"t fix the problem. I hate to say it but the japanese stealership service dept are the worst in my opinon. I have found that Harley mechanics seem to know what they are talking about even though they will make you bleed money through the nose. I think the internet is a great way to get even. Threaten them with bad publicity may be the only way to get them to respond.
